I love a good challenge.
That’s one reason I do
’s sprint challenges in his Minimalist Hustler HQ. He runs two or three sprint challenges a month and I love them. However, this month, I decided to make a little challenge of my own. I’m doing it over on Medium, and it has been a little rocky due to travel, but I’m still going for it.
What is the challenge?
My June Writing Challenge is called the 1-Month Book Challenge. I am writing a mini book section by section this month. Here are more details for the challenge:
So far, I just finished the first chapter, I am a touch behind due to traveling for four days at the beginning of the month, but I am working to catch up. And soon, I think I will be able to get a little ahead.
Here is what I have so far:
Mindset Over Motivation (Chapter 1)
Why Most People Never Write Their Book (Chapter 1)
The Daily-Showing-Up Principle (Chapter 1)
You Don’t Need to Feel Ready (Chapter 1)
Shift from “Someday” to “Now” (Chapter 1)
Completion is the Goal, Not Perfection (Chapter 1)
What is great about this writing challenge is that you get to write as you go, and all of these posts point people to my email list, so when he book is complete, edited, and published, people will be able to pick it up!
The Polls
Last week, I asked what your summer plans were and the overwhelming answer was writing more this summer. This is another reason why I thought a June Writing Challenge would be a huge win for everyone.
