Cool concept. Just the other day I asked a new dad if I could interview him. I was thinking it would be to hear what my audience is asking for, but I also wondered if it might be able to convert to an interview post. Might be a good thing.

I think it's a great idea. For those of us who don't have the time or space to do podcasts, this format can be super easy. You send out a message, share the questions, get the responses, and you have a way to collaborate with others in your niche and help connect your audiences!
