So true! I think this has been a struggle for me in the past. But now I'm starting to see the importance of all the maintenance work.
All is well authors have to embrace the maintenance... Yuck lol

Well, my replacement of pipes and tank have held for a week. Hopefully thats the end of house repairs for a little while.
